“Movement Heals.”

– Joseph Hubertus Pilates

Our team of highly qualified and experienced professionals truly believe that movement heals, whether through classical or contemporary Pilates, Restorative, Iyengar or Vinyasa Yoga, Ortho-Bionomy, or Fascial Stretch therapy.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a body-mind-spirit modality created by Joseph H. Pilates, that emphasizes in equal parts strength, stretch, stability and stamina.

Matwork is the foundation of any Pilates practice, and Joe built machines to complement the mat. The universal reformer, Wunda chair, Roll Back and Push Through bars, arm and leg springs, ladder barrel and spine corrector assure that anyone can get a great workout.

Pilates is for Every Body: whether de-conditioned, injured, or healthy and athletic, Pilates can help you find new strength, range of movement and connection.

We offer private instruction, group classes, and virtual instruction in classical and contemporary Pilates.

We offer private instruction, group classes, and virtual instruction in Restorative, Iyengar and integrated Vinyasa yoga.

ORTHO-BIONOMY® in Crested Butte, Colorado with Karen Reader

Ortho-Bionomy is a hands-on therapeutic treatment that relieves pain as it works on the body’s structure and underlying systems to access and improve function. Through gentle positional release, Ortho-Bionomy works by re-educating the nervous system to create pattern awareness and alternatives for those patterns. This work has the depth to be integrated for actual change in the body.

After receiving Ortho-Bionomy sessions clients report experiencing pain relief, increased range of motion, greater ease of motion, better structural realignment and postural balance, increased relaxation, more efficient functioning, faster recovery times from injuries, increased vitality and emotional balance, and an increased sense of wholeness and wellbeing.
