Matwork is the foundation of any Pilates practice, and Joe built machines to complement the mat. The universal reformer, Wunda chair, Roll Back and Push Through bars, arm and leg springs, ladder barrel and spine corrector assure that anyone can get a great workout.

Ortho-Bionomy is a hands-on therapeutic treatment that relieves pain as it works on the body’s structure and underlying systems to access and improve function. Through gentle positional release, Ortho-Bionomy works by re-educating the nervous system to create pattern awareness and alternatives for those patterns. This work has the depth to be integrated for actual change in the body.
