This progressive repertoire is designed to strengthen and lengthen your entire body through controlled movements focusing on body alignment, balance, and core strength. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Get Strong, Move Better, Perform your Best. We use Kettlebells, weights, sandbags, TRX, and more. These small group sessions are programmed to work on specific skills to enhance your performance: Speed, Agility, Strength and Mobility to name a few.
We use the latest in sports science to create programming that allows you to excel at your chosen task and more importantly avoid injury. There are multiple Fitness Fusion classes every week and for those seeking rapid results, Private lessons are also available. Non-competitive, suits all fitness levels and ages.

This class takes the best of Barre moves and incorporates Pilates Mat work to create an endurance workout that will both challenge and strengthen you with low weights and high reps.
Expect a variety of creative, muscle burning exercises that put core strength to the test and work the barre for sure-fire toning techniques that chisel the thighs and glutes. This is one of the most effective sculpting workouts allowing you to achieve that long lean look.
A dynamic class that incorporates cardiovascular intervals and resistance training movements using a changing variety of Pilates Props, CoreAlign, Wunda Chair, Light weight, etc. This 50 minute class will take you through an intelligently designed circuit of exercises programmed to hit every muscle in your body, leaving you feeling appropriately challenged. Be prepared to get your heart rate up as you seamlessly transition from one movement to the next with little rest in-between.
This Pilates inspired circuit workout format is absolutely suitable for every fitness level. Think of it as personal training in a small group where your trainer knows your ability as well as your limitations and is prepared to adjust in order to make sure you are getting the best workout possible!
Iyengar yoga is based in Hatha yoga, which generally refers to a gentle style of practice. The practice, created by B.K.S realizes that every body is different. Iyengar introduced the use of props such as blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters to help practitioners work through their challenges.
This class is an effective way to restore movement restrictions, improve overall flexibility, injury recovery or to simply recharge the body. The Movement Center has one of the only certified Iyengar Yoga teachers in the valley. Postures will be adapted and modified to account for any injury or restriction.
